1.2 engine

iv got a 1.2 and i was wondering whether is possible to get the performance up to that of a 1.4 sr if so how much money wud i b needing to spend. iv jus spent ?200 puting a reconditioned head on it as last 1 was fucked so dont want 2 do any head mods iv got a big bore4 zorst but no other engine related mods

following the guide will get you up to 1.3sr ish performance but i wouldn't recommend getting Nos unless you are gonna do major engine work for it to cope with it.

I was on No2 yesterday it was cool. I looked at the bottle and imagined putting it in my car!! :lol:

you can put a 25bhp shot of nos on your 1.2 with no probs its only wen u go above 50bhp shot ur gonna get probs

dun forget to strip it to save weight..

NO2 (nitrogen dioxide) and most other oxides of nitrogen (NOx) are poisonous and if u were "on it" you wouldnt be here or would be in hospital anyway

N2O (nitrous oxide) can be used as laughing gas iirc so maybe u were buzzing that for some reason :?:

as for the NOS shot

the later blocks were all 1400spec crack etc so technically u should be able to run 1400 spec power levels before it all implodes

ive heard of 120bhp from a 1400 with little bottom end mods

u prolly find it would run a 75bhp (to give 130bhp) shot just fine and a 100bhp (155bhp :twisted: ) shot with some uprated rod bolts or summat simple like that

a few years back when i was a kid, instead of giving me a needle to have a filling, he gave me gas!, i wasnt laughing, but it was bloody good stuff, im surprised im not addicted! lol

i dont spose the nitrogen at work can be treated to make No2 can it?
