Wanna insure a car for 1 month only... anybody done this?? tried my own insurer, Privilage and they do not offer short term insurance, Got a friends car you see, he's gone travelling and has stopped his insurance wants me to drive it around while he's away... Help needed.......

your insurance won't be valid if you are not the owner and registered keeper, you need the insurance to be in your friends name. Or if your changing the logbook you should be able to have it as a temporary additional vehicle on your existing policy for up to 30 days

As above dayinsure.com from Aviva is the best bet

just checked what my insurance would be for when i passed using quinn direct usually good site but came back at 2200 comprehensive and 1800 thrid party fire and theft, does anybody know any other good site i can use or anybody to ring ? cheers
