possibly on a c14se, has it got the one on the side of the head or on the inlet manifold? I know on the spi 8v engine there is one in the inlet manifold that works the guage and the fuelling.

8v spi has two aswell?

But no, temp gauge is different to the engine one.

The engine ones go wrong very offen. Change it if you think its wrong.

The temp guage I am meNing is the blue wired one, according to my haynes on the c14se it's wired into the ecu so it must have another purpose than just my temp guage or it would go straight to the clocks wouldn't it

The Single blue wire sender, goes straight to the clocks.

There is also a blug plug, two wire sender, that looks like this:

Goes to the ecu, and nowhere else.

Cheers mate I'm just trying to figure out why my car is over fueling it starts fine and will run for a minute then cut out and will struggle to start the plugs go black and if I leave them put for a bit it starts fine

If I try to rev it it struggles then cuts out again
