Do I use the Engine loom or the Car loom to plug the fan in?

Most likly the SAI fan plug, looks exactly same as rad fan.

what he said/\ just cut it off, and tape into the main loom. neatly

Well the SAI is on the engine loom, the corsa rad fan would be on the corsa car loom.

Edit: SAI should have a Red with White trace, and a Brown earth.
