Sorry to ask guys but the 206 resources online are ****e, I have a 206 1.4 8v and under heavy load the gearstick wobbles like a massive dong!! I can get the gears fine and have changed the linkage rods but I can feel it through the pedals and the whole car. Anyone have any ideas or had a 206? Apart from that the car is sound :thumb: . Pleaseno "it's because its french comments!"

Check engine mount rubber, I have changed plenty that have been non-existant. My 206 has a bit of a shake because that mount is starting to go.

Drivers side from the engine to the car. Although may be worthwhile checking all of them.

206info is an OK site for having a look about but I tried to avoid posting too often as it is full of eejits.

Excellent mate :thumb: . Do you know where I can get a new one cheap or is it a direct peugeot item?

As said. Mount may be screwed. Try www.eurocarparts.co.uk for the mount. Enter your reg and see what they stock.

As posted you may get from Euro Car Parts, have a search around the web as there are Peugeot parts suppliers online, also the obvious Ebay too. My very last call would be Peugeot themselves.
