Cylinder Heads

Hi all
will a cylinder head and cam from a 1.6 c16sei fit and run on a 1.4 nv motor ?
will there be any advantages or disadvantages to this ?
was the 1.4 Nova SR K reg 1992 fitted with a catalytic converter (that's the 14nv motor running on a carb 72bhp)

it will fit & work, but it won't be that good.....
i believe the chamber cc is too high.
carb cars never had cats fitted
