Hi everyone and anyone willing to give me some tips on what to test out heres what I have

Nova mk1 base model

c20xe running on coilpack

loom removed from calibra with the engine

all wiring done even digi clocks wired in now

now.. Im sure I have everything wired up but maybe I am just missing something really stupid and hope this is the answer as to why im not gettin any spark.

I have followed various articles and guides on here and cant see what I have missed

I have power at the coil but still no spark

So before i try new coil or crank sensor etc is there anything obvious i should check.

Thanks for any advice peeps

Cheers Aaron

if you mean the switched live then yeah, got that wired to the ignition and it is switching the ecu on and off. :wtf:

Check the switched live you've used isnt going dead on crank. if it is, you've wired it to the secondary ignition, not the primary.

Put the Switched+ to the purple on the wiper motor.

And put it to the + side of the battery to test it:thumb:

RIGHT cheers guys it was the switched live i have had her running now!

But not for long

She was running fine i had started the car and run for a minute about 5 times over the space of an hour, and was satisfied it was working ok but i left it off for a while whilst doing other bits and now the same again no spark???? i have checked all wiring over again and i have a superb earth to gear box.

Probably something stupid again lol
