digi dash rev counter

i just put an 8v digi dash in my mk1 1.2, but im missing the rev counter wire on the nova loom, is it there but just wrapped up in the loom, or do i need to run a wire to something?!?!?

Find the coil (on left hand arch) and take the plug off. You will see there are 4 contacts on the coil, but only 3 on the plug. Run a wire from that spare contact and take it thru the same hole you took the transducer cable, then wire it up to the wire for the rev counter on the dash.

there *may* be the wire taped up in your loom, pot luck really.

either run a new wire or check about 6 inches down either end of loom to see if it is taped up into the loom, just expose itc and connect
