Basically the car runs really rough on start up, will not start without a boot full of throttle and idles at about 1400rpm, fuel consumption about 15mpg running rich as f**k. I got the multimeter on some of the engine sensors as per auto data specs and i found the AFM was ok, it has had a new CTS, but when i checked the TPS it was reading 4.6volts constantly, the voltage didnt change when i revved it up. Shouldn't the TPS work like a dimmer switch ie 0.5 at idle and 5.0 at full throttle? If so this is the problem. if anyone could shed any light it would be appreciated :)

I don't think it should be 4.6 constantly.. Is your ecu warning light not on? Because if the tps is Reading to high or to low voltage it should trigger it!

The ecu light was flashing MAF sensor lol, but when i unplugged the tps the car started normally and no codes lol. I think it was telling the ecu it was flat out all the time.
