Just had my emmisions tested as i thought they may have been sky high due to not having a CAT on but got these,

C.O 0.43% with a 3.5% limit
H.C 286 with a 1200 limit

Engines an early XE with a lambda and cars a k plate so should have a CAT fitted but with the readings ive got didnt know if they were too lean.

What do you guys think?

Mine was 2.648% and 279 - early XE with lambda

couldnt the place that did the gas test confirm if you'd pass an emmissions test or not?

Regardless of the cars age, if you can provide evidence of the engines origin (car/year etc/reg) the emmissions test will be performed for that car/engine.

Craig they said it would pass no probs as they test it non-cat i just thought they were a bit low without a CAT on didnt want to cause any damage to the engine tbh mate.

Not worried tbh nick just didnt want to cause any engine damage if they were too low.
