I've PM'd Olly, just wondered if anyone else know's

Basically just checking my MOT docs as i knew it was up soon and found my insurance expired on the 5/6/10 - I haven't had a renewal quote (or anything tbh) through the post.
Do they automatically renew policies? Or just stop the policy? Anyone know?

Did a lump of money disapear from your bank account?
You usually get a renewal letter which also should show another years no claims on it.

Probably best ringing them up and explaining what's going on IMO.

In all fairness it's quite a scary thing if they've not contacted you cause if you of had a bump then you'd be at blame.

Have you checked your latest statement to see if a payments gone out at all?

I paid it in full, and just checked my bank and no lump amount has gone out :(

..and tbh i'm lazy and normally wait for the renewal to come through before i even think about looking for insurance..lucky i knew my MOT was up soon, otherwise i'd have been out in it tomorrow..

I'll look into this, renewal docs are always sent 14-21 days in advance..
