Dude, simply make one by cutting out a piece of paper and trim it til it fits over the speaker, simple.

i find it easier to just draw round the speaker then draw another line 1cm in from the one u drew round the speaker then cut out that one always works fine

just use trail and error. Are you going to put them on through the top of a standard shelf or on the underside of a mdf shelf and cover with cloth so so cant see them??

A bit of both,i have attatched a piece of MDF to the underside of the standard shelf, then mounted the 6x9's under the MDF,
I stetched a pair of tights over the holes and stapled and glued it down, this stops the speaker cloth from sagging into the holes after a few weeks.then i used grey speaker cloth to cover the shelf,so it looks just like the original shelf.
In the front i have made some door pods to angle the 6" mids up and toward you,out of MDF and fibreglass, with the tweeters in the standard dash positions hidden behind the grills.
I made a fibre glass and MDF enclosure in the spare wheel well and put a hefty grill on it so i can still use the boot if needed.
The amp is hidden in a side panel.

I got a 6x9 template from a local ICE dealer,he let me have a rumage in his skip...lol
