TBH I may be thinking of Toscana red? Who was it that had one with black bumpers and on it's ar$e? Nick?

Bordeaux Red is the metallic burgundy that Astra GTE's (inc Champion) came in. Novas didnt come in this colour, but mk2 Nova's did come in Satin Red which is a later shade of metallic Burgundy, as seen on Cav turbo's etc.
