no power to the wiper motor and..

motor works as its been tested.when you go to turn them on you can here the relay clicking
any idears ?
and the indicator dont work on the left had side. no clicking from the relay on the left but ok on the right?

on one of the mounts it has an earth tab is this still on your motor as if it isnt it wont work when fitted,i had the same problem as my mate broke this off when removing it and didnt tell me until i did a spot the difference on another:)
