bucket seat mounts

i bought a nova a few days ago the the fool that had it before me made a right shambles of the seat mounts! :mad:
im going to have to make something to replace it,
im a welder like so its not problem but i dont have a clue what to make lol

can some one post some pics they're seat mounts

is it pretty much just 2 box sections welded in with holes for the rails ?

It's nice thick angle.
They are a bit overkill but I would rather over do the seat mounts than under do them.
