C20xe ignition timing degrees?

Hi all, Just finishing my track car + i cannot seem to find anywhere on the net what degrees the ignition should be set to

C20xe on R1 carbs with MK2 cav dizzy etc

Need to get this done today as loading it up for trackday tomorrow

best bet is to put it so the 13mm nuts are central and work it from there
