15.8 :)
helmet is only needed if you go over 100mph and both parts of driving lisence is needed.
my old 1.6 did a 16.2 1/4mile with full interior and only a panel filter and full exhaust system.

id say a 16 is possible with the interior in as for what you will need you will need your licence and thats it unless you are quick enough to get over the 100 mark then you need a helmet at the pod, take a long sleaved top to as some places wont let you run in short sleaves cant remember if the pod is 1 of them
theres no way you will get to 100 so no helmet is needed tho mate

full cage
rear strut brace
stripped apart from front carpet dash and front seats + v6 lol
my car when i had a 1.6 in , std apart from 4 branch and a stainless exhaust with full interior and sub etc ran a 16.7 a few years ago lol

its 3 runs normally at pvs and think is around £30 but not sure
york works out alot cheaper as its unlimited runs for £40 (£10 to get in and £30 to run) so you get chance to perfect your technique
if there running on the saturday tho that is sometimes unlimited runs at the pod for a similar price was last time i went to the fast show
its £20 for 4 runs. just been on the pod site
also, you need to cover your arms and legs, have both parts of your licence, as do passengers (why?) and it is 110mph for helmets

wasn't it £25 for unlimited on the Saturday last year?
Or am I imagining things again...
hmm take the cav down?? lol I think they'd be well pi$$ed at me with all the oil it drops
Yeah its unlimited on Saturday
Its 110 for a helmet an no bluepeg, they dont make you wear a helmet til you do over 110. If you know your going to be doin over 110 and dont wear a helmet then its bit silly IMO.

im used to york mate and its helmut no matter what speed only ran a few time s at the pod broke the car every time and its a long way home on an rac wagon lol so wasnt sure of the exact rules around it at the pod, last time i sheered both outer cvs causing me to over rev the engine and break 2 valve caps and bend 2 valves lol
Nice, thats some damage lol.
there was a porsche turbo there last year running 107-108 (backing off before the line) all day til the last run where crossed at 110+ lol
