well, the whole point being, i might be buying another corsa b, W reg, for £120, as its been written off, not sure yet if the engines intact, but its the sri one, instead of my standard 1.2 8v, im only buying the car for its interior and a few other bits, but thought it might be worth getting a slightly better engine if it was worthwhile :D

SRi i think, as SXi is just the trim, engine wouldnt be different would it?

FUUK that, engine conversion insurance at your age lol

Asa was saying the other day your getting into cars etc.

Personally, hammer the 1200 round, and build something as a project, im sure he will help you etc.

Then when your 19/20 you can insure a 2l easily (Dont get banned) lol

  i dont want a 2l, id still be on a 1.2, so wouldnt really need to tell the insurance...lol

but if all stays well with this corsa, id happily look at a c20let at some point in the coming years ;)

Yeh still a 1.2 but a very large differance between it! Would still technicly need to tell the insurance!

would it be worth looking at changing them if the engine was in good condition, i wanted to have a go at fixing the corsa and selling it on as cat d, as everything is in good order on it apart from radiator, but asa said it was a goner :(

Well what condition is your 1.2 8v atm? IF its fine id just leave it untill its worth doing somthing better!

yeah its in fairly good nick, only done about 90k miles, so its probably fine, gonna be spending tues/weds/thurs stripping out the new corsa though (new sport interior, full black dash, etc)
