i need to get a new windscreen cos mine has a big crack init ...

any one no how much it will be?

I got charged ?70 for a new one inc rubber (but I also got my rear and side 1.4 windows put in too at the same time.

It looked pretty easy to do - prob is the windscreen ias laminated and v easy to shatter.

If you can drive, ring a breakers for a 2nd hand one and go and collect it.

Prob set you back about ?10.

Just need a man to fit it then.

If you get a new rubber surround you dont need to mastic it in either (modern rubbers better than the older ones).

there a piece of piss 2 fit and remove get a mate 2 push with his feet inside the car while u work the rubber out with 2 bladed drivers came out dead easy on mine and 2 fit put rope\ washinline round the rubberget a mate 2 push the window when in position and pull the rope out this puts the rubber in place
