Hi guys.
Right, your looking at my astra van which im selling, overall its in good condition compared to some of the vans i came
across whilst looking for one.
the bodywork is not mint, there's a scratch on the bonnet and a couple of dents, however theyre just little dimple dents
and wouldnt take much work to remove them, you could pull the dents out or just fill them and sand it back. either way it
would be fine.
the engine is a 1.7 GM diesel engine, its the origional one and has done 135k. overall it looks and sounds like a diesel.
lol, its loud but then im used to petrol engines. also its a bit grubby, could use a clean up.
the shell isnt mint as i said, but very good, its had a new wheel arch fitted to the drivers side, as the van got hit when
we had the snow.
the van has the following.
- Smoked ph2 rear lights. *slightly darker than std ph2 lights*
- bumpers been painted black, althou its not been done very well.
- sills been stripped to see if there was any rust, however there wasnt, so ive undersealed them to keep them this way.
- 16inch alloys, im 90% sure theyre all fine, i havnt driven the van since fitted, only problem is one keeps going down.
- astra gsi dashboard. *better then the pants grey one you get.*
- ph2 clear indecators. *comes with the orange ones too*
- MK4 astra side repeaters.
- central locking
also i have a few bits such as a tow bar, speakers, lights, indecators etc, which will be included in the sale, il put them
all in the back.
Ive tried to fit everything into this listing, however if there's anything you dont know about the van, please dont hesitate
to ask.
the van is an L reg. so 1994. ive got the log book here in my name so i can sign it over on collection.
I can arrange delivery of the van but i will need some details so i can get a quote. also payment must be made in full before
il allow the van to be taken.
there is NO tax or mot in this vehicle, as i took it off the road in february when the MOT run out so i could do the work on
it. the work is now done, i dont know what it could possibly fail on, it starts, runs, and stops fine, and the bodywork is fine.
underneith is also very clean for a van this age, the only rust worth mentioning is under the back end, it could use a bit of
attention but as far as i can see its mainly surface, also a hole in the spare wheel well but this shouldnt affect the MOT as
its not structural.
Viewing available. test drive is a no really as no tax or test, however i can take you down my private road and back in the van.
