Can anybody tell me if there is a RWD gearbox that fits any of the 1.2 engines as I have a Moggy Minor sat around without an engine and a workshop full of 12NZ, C12NZ AND 12ST engines....and I have just had this silly idea !!!!!!

1.7 td izuzu engines are ripe for a nice big power increase ask baxter and burgo

also the 1.7 is big block so could just use and omega or carlton box

manta or carlton, maybe early omega box....now an isuzu engine with an auto box would make a pretty good combo..............

1.7 will fit an omega box.

Sounds like the 1.7 option might be the way to go then.

i missed out on buying a piazza about 10 years ago by 1/2 hr. it had gone by the time i could finish work & get back to the garage......it was basically a 180hp chevette in a space age looking shell
