FAIL, on something that has passed for the last god knows how long, but they have had a new directive thru & it will ruin your day....

or is that just my experiences...... mine failed because apparently the manifold was leaking, but it didn't need an emissions test and he was obsessed will fiddling with the emissions, even though i'm sure a leaky manifold would affect the readings......

Pmsl just picked it up at 7 and it's a fail , sidelight bulb , both outer cv boots are split and a brake hose is rubbing on drivshaft on full lock ,

Will fix them all Sunday and run it back in Monday to collect my pass cert and then all will he good for pv :)
