Had this sat around stripped for far too long now and if it isn't gone this weekend it will be chopped up and weighed in.

Car is now a bare shell and not rolling. It still has a bonnet, grille and drivers door on and the steering column is still in but thats it really. I have a steering rack and hubs that can go with the car along with a new arch repair panel.

Car needs a bit of welding round the rear arches at the bottom and on the rear panel. Boot floor and engine bay has already been welded up and the front crossmember is fine.

If someone wants to bring the bits to get it rolling and take it i'm willing to help them fit them as well. Can't say fairer than that.

Here it is in its former glory.

Not easy to take good pictures as it's in a garage.

Can you give me a list as detailed as possible of what work it needs and whats missing ? Arranged a trailor to collect if your still trying to get rid, but need to find someone with a license to tow one.
Also is it sat on bricks ? steelies etc. Do i need some wheels to get it moved ?

It is sat on axle stands as has no suspension, beam or hubs on. Would need to be lifted on a trailer unless you have parts to make it roll.

It needs the bottom of the rear arches doing where they meet the sills (Was covered up by the skirts) It also has a hole behind the rear bumper. Thats it for welding.

Pretty much everything is missing as stated above as I sold all the parts off it when I took it off the road.

Cheers. The suspension and rear beam jobs a bit far past my knowledge but i'l ring my mechanic tomorrow and get a price and see if its worthwhile, and try and hunt down the parts. also is it a 1.2 ?

Lee H

It was a 2.0 16v. No engine in it now. Was a 1.2 originally.

Definately interested. Was ideally looking for a project which just needed some cosmetic work and an engine. Will price this up and get back to you, dont want to take on a project thats more than i can handle when it could go to better use with someone with the knowledge, and need to look into whether it'll work out cheaper to sort the suspension, hubs etc for a free shell, or pay for a rolling shell. Will PM you soon

All sorted mate, spoke to my Mum and she said i cant keep it at hers until we move in 5 weeks and i get the double garage so need to blag my dad for some storage for a few weeks. Also still need a driver to tow it back but im trying my best :) Will hopefully see you and the Nova soon. If you do have any pics it would be helpful, even if theyre not the best

You're all *******s for being so far away!

If you were closer (as in Ireland) I'd give you my wife while I got it onto the trailor.
