Ive been vaguely looking around & can only find 2 & 3 peice manifolds, im needing a complete 1 peice (so to speak) with no joining sections as its going for ceramic coating, an obviously it cracks & falls off around joints as soon you tigthen any clamps etc.

Other then like BTB etc who else does them as one single item?

For what engine?

C20XE

This is what im trying avoid:

If i get the below ceramic coated, as soon as you start to tighten any clamps on the runners to downpipe, ceramic coating cracks & starts to flake off :( an its not a cheap process so would rather avoid it if i can.

Sorry pal it was for a mk2 astra, it bolted up to a mongoose gsi system but made the exhaust about two inches too long

Exactly what im after, just not wanting to pay a premium price for stainless if possible as itll look like this once finished. Ideally after a simple mild steel one.

No its not bad at all, i appreciate the link thank you, just obviously trying to keep build costs to a minimum, top line budget is £2500 of which £700+ is already spent :(

just ditch the clamps and weld the 2-3 piece manifolds together mike
