RIP Mike Johnson

Back in the day when novaload was in its old form a mate of mine used to use the site, his name was Mike Johnson and he was building a wide arched nova similar to Lancys. I do not know if any of you remember him?. On Tuesday night (29th of April) Mike was involved in a fatal car crash on the Silk road in Macclesfield, he was only 20 years old.

Here is a picture of his nova that he was building but sadly it was never finished and he brought a corsa after this.

After this he brought a mint green punto gt and this is the car that he sadly lost his life in, sadly i have no picture of this car as i did not expect him to be snatched from us so suddenly.

Mike loved cars if ever you needed a hand doing anything on your car you cud rely on mike to help you no matter how long it would take. At the moment my thoughts are with his family and all his other mates of which he had many in this difficult time. He will be sorely missed.

It's a shock to hear about anyone dieing in a crash, but to find out it is someone you knew, it makes the reality of the situation hit home.

i do actually (sort of) know him, through a friend of a friend, and i've seen 1 or 2 of his cars (I especially remember his Corsa)... i live quite close to macclesfield and know the Sylk Road very well.

but i hadnt heard of this accident... :(
