I have recently just picked up a 1994 corsa 1.4 sri which has been writin off, I am gonna use the engine for the rallycar i am building, the shell I have is a 1.0 will the engine drop straight in cause I done a search and I keep getting the engine mounts are only the same from 1.2 up? also are driveshafts the same length as nova's as i was looking to use them aswell as the gearbox.

No and No, I think you need to change the chassis leg on the 1.012v.... Dont hold me to that though

Not sure if you mean a 1.0 Nova or a 1.0 corsa, I'm assuming nova.

To bolt a 1400 into a 1.0 nova shell, you use the same gearbox mounts but get an engine mount from a 1.2-1.6 petrol (any ohc) nova.

Use your 1.0 nova shafts, they will fit the corsa gearbox
