C16XE flash codes

right my eml comes on after about 20mins of driving and i would like to know whats wrong with it.

I earth the brown / yellow and the eml flashes but what does it mean??. Ive searched for a link i remember being posted but cant seem to find it.

Also my oil light flashes under hard acceleration is this normal?

NO!

Ive worked out about the oil light because the wires snapped off the switch and is earthin out on things causing the light to flicker.
