View Full Version : Daweoo input shaft on F20
I read something somewhere ages ago about a random Daweoo input shaft of xxx Daweoo box being a straight swap for a GM F20 item  allegedly its "stronger" (dont know how much by, or how "they" figured this out?)
Any gen on this or am I tripping??
i thought it was a small block box. which ever anyway i have heard the same thing about a daewoo input shaft being stronger.
^ I dont know any other particulars TBH Luke, it was just "Daweoo input shaft into F20 box" lol kinda narrows it down LOL
just get one and try it lol, then you can be 'they'
just get one and try it lol, then you can be 'they'
That would involve buying an XE, a car to put it in, getting it running & then saying "its as true as that field full of Nova's in Spain" lol lol
considering that most, if not all, f20's were apparently built at the isuzu works, its a guess that it is tha same bloody item.
i rebuilt my f16 with a daewoo shaft. a guy who does autograss here told me about it, i dont no if its stronger but its still going. 888's a gripper diff and pahse 3.5 software. moslty using it for drag racing so its getting fair abuse. and its perfect. ive snapped 3 input shafts in f20's
notice the split in this one. only lasted 200 yards haha nom nom nom
