Removing and perventing rust ?

I have stripped and repainted most parts on the front of my car. but now they look as bad as before i first did them . i took off all old paint with a wire brushed angle grinder then repainted it with good old hammeright.
what works for you ?

cut out the rot
weld in new plate
seal up
paint

Have a look at the bilt hamber stuff.

They have a section at detailing world, you can ask them questions there if you get stuck

the car it's rotten just surface rust
