that does look good,
under the rub strips is it just sprayed on or is it a vinyl?

On an original SRi it is vinyl the same as SR's have.

Yup, basically an SRi is exactly the same as a mk2 SR, only it has a 1400 MPi engine in place of a 1400 carb.

lol yeah remember that was racin that black golf that day aswell want we:)
can you remember that fairly fast black saxo vts that used to go to carnaby all the time it was from hull i think W reg was suppost to be chiped and cammed??
Anyway one sunday night when carnaby had finished i was following on that brid road we had a full on race i was all over him on the bends and stayed with him til we got on brandsburton bypass i couldnt keep up down there and i pulled up at leven garage think hirsty was in the front and darrens brother chris was in the back when i looked at him he was sat in the middle of the back seat with all 3 seat belts onlol
