clutch change

iv ask iain and he dont know, so im not the only noob

iv only ever changed a clutch via removing the box completely
i dont have a haynes, i refuse to buy one for £20 lol

can some one do me a step by step on how to remove a clutch from a 20xe with a F20 attached :thumb:

To start with does it have the thin flywheel as can't do it with the pot one?
