After reading alot of answers to this question, realistically, you dont need rear disks

No matter what your front brakes, you need a adjustable bias with rear discs, altho as said, its a waste of time.

I didnt when I had 288s - may depend on weight over the rear wheels though I suppose....

i would if the back end is stripped.

Well the back end is mostly there, all plastics, spare wheel and a rear cage, the seats are removed but I dont imagine they'd make too much weight difference.

dont bother with rear discs ! trust me i had mine converted and all i wanted to do is convert back !
