shocks and springs??

does anyone know if jamex shocks and springs are any good??
and also
any ideas on what black i should paint the bottom half of my boot door? (i dont have the black vinyl so im just gona paint it)...

Ive heard of Jamex stuff, dont know what its like though. My mate had his mk2 astra GTE resprayed and the bodyshop painted the 'vinyl' on the boot with textured paint, it was better than the real vinyl. They even matched the grey/black colour to the colour of his rub strips and bumper plastics.

buy cheap suspension and you will wind up buying proper stuff not long after... so its cheaper to just go straight for the good stuff.
