Obviously C16 has afm and no immobiliser but is that basically all there is between them.
Guess what I'm really asking is will a C16 loom run an X16 engine with minor alterations?

Theres more differences than that.
Lambda is different, X16 has a MAP sensor, EGR/SAI system.
Quite a few differences tbh

On Gsi Jimbos post?
I've read that and I know it wont jus plug on and run it, but can it be made to run it easily enough?
If not I'll get my exsisting X16 loom wired into Unichip....

if you want to run a c16 loom on a x16 engine
you need to change the 02 sensor, knock sensor and ecu water temp sensor, to c16xe items
you will need the c16xe AFM anyway,
not telling you again :(

Ok thanks... I've obviously missed when you posted it before, apologies.
