differences in 4 and 2 door fuel caps

as title says is there any difference in 4 and 2 door fuel caps and does anyone know of any fuel caps that fit a 4 door off another vehicle?

no differance in any nova fuel caps :thumb:

apart from early mk1 didnt have a flap and later ones did

oh right must be doing summet wrong then cos got a star type to put on mine to replace the one with the flap and it doesnt appear to fit the one with the flap appears to be deeper

the 2 and 3 doors are the same,
the 4 and 5 doors are the same

you cant fit a 2 door cap into a 4 door ect:

Mine is an eye sore :(

confused i have a deep small topped one and star style shallow one

star style is off mk2 hatch it may be same as mk2 loon i am not sure

small one fits on mk2 hatch but looks odd as the cap is a lot smaller an doesnt fill all of the fuel cap recessalthough it does seal the hole

yeah figured it out now my star cap will fit 3dr hatch and 2dr loon and the small cap with flap will fit 5dr hatch and 4dr loon and as you say the small one doesnt fill the recess and i want one that will cos to me the small one looks very odd
