View Full Version : Picked up my new nova gsi today !!
Well ive been after this car for a while now and i was fortunate enough to come across it straight away when pete advertised and managed to sort the sale over the phone and rent a car to collect it today from essex.
You will all of seen the car on here before it was petergsi member on heres car, he had a project thread on it and i fell for it straight away,its a very straight car and drove home like a new one tbh.
Big thanks to pete for saving it for me and i know he will miss it but it has come to a very good home

Less of the old and more of the clean lol
Plans are to keep it looking as it is and just get the rest of the car up to scratch ie underbonnet etc, lots of blasting and powdercoating coming up :thumb:

Just the gsi and my nova xe at the minute but the xe will be up for sale soon enough or stripped for parts

Looks awesome, very clean.
.......I do think you need a different set of wheels, Speedlines have been done to death years ago IMO.

The XE's a rep will a very very clean one too!

Real means people will complain when you change it from standerd though
oh well graeme as you have said before there are cars so who cares what anyone else thinks anyway, it wont be getting anything else changed really just nice upgrades to suspention and then a good overhaul of the standard engine bay to clean it up,something like 7ova has done with his

Totally agree mate, you paid the money for it so its yours to do as you please, whatever you do there will always be someone with a negative comment to make, I say put a let in it, I think it should be a red version of Andy Bishop's but even saying that would make some users cry lmfao

Your best bet is eBay, there's a seller doing b piller vinyl on there.
yeah ive had a sample sent out but im not 100 per cent convinced yet.
Also need a sunday ticket and stand pass for pvs if anyone wants to sell me one? I didnt have the car before sales ended and it would be a shame for it not to go lol

i think there's some badges missing of the boot.

on the boot vinal on the drivers side, just to make it original ;)
just found a photo of the back of mine on a very rare trip outside of the garage :roll: sorry for the bad light but you can just make the badge's out.

have'nt had much time to get on computer and lately our lass has had me on garden dutieslol
