Rear beam help

Ive been offered a rear beam conversion with discs, i asked what it was, apprently its a nova beam with a plate welded on and astra disc convesion

My concerns are that my arch clearence is tight with 2mm max between wheel and arch. Does anyone no about these??

it looks good, but it makes your brakes sh1t................... usually people roll their arches, it will not make your car any faster though.

Chears mate will probly leave it, seems like alot of hassle
