Road legal and MOT'd I think not? lol
trade plates are not meant for ragging a half built car down the road.....
but i did run mine down a farm drive with no doors on, above 50 it got scary
Not the same but i took my veccy gsi (tax,d/mot'd/insured) for a spin round the block wile inbetween fitting new doors.

Was a giggle but bloody cold.
this really hacks me off, its stupidity like this that means everyones insurance is sky high. and before you start, i moved my car off my drive with no mot or tax, got dobbed in and got ass raped. what makes you think your different? what if you'd hit a kid? its peeps like you that give the rest of us a bad name. oh and trade plates are only valid if the vehicle is in for work at a registered garage, and it isnt your car.

I only went to the shop and back and plus there was more chance of me falling out the car than anything else.
not you, the o.p. shoulda made that clear....
as an aside, you dont need doors or a windscreen for the mot.... dunno what vosa would say tho.....
Trade plates do not give you free reign to do whatever you want.
isn't that what polish plates are for..???????

Its a funny one that, you're not allowed a temporary windscreen, but if you have no screen at all thats fine lol
