Mk1 Saloon Wings

Has anybody on here got a pair of Mk1 saloon wings either for sale or that i can have a borrow of, i will pay the postage both ways and i will have them back to you within a week.

The only thing is they can't be full of rusty holes lol

lol Its the bloody hinges that would be an issue, unless we can come up with an idea of using hinges off a differen't vehicle :confused:


I thought about making half doors as its only really the bottom half that rots lol

haha i know what you mean about the hinges. unless you make just the door then people could grind the hinge off there old doors and weld 2 bolts to each then bolt to the door

That is a good idea, i'm just not sure how many i would sell if people had to grind up there own doors, some people just want to buy parts and have them fitted in minutes :thumb:

I do have a set of doors i can use to make a 2 piece mould from if there was enough interest, it could be a nice winter project for me.
