Thought I'd add this here, explain it and hopefully this'll get stickied in the relevant forums.
The link below calculates what you'll pay in PayPal fees depending on value of the item/s. Then it'll tell you how much you need to add to your payment. You can then send money in confidence as payment for goods and not as a gift (giving you some protection if things go wrong) while the other person won't get jacked for fees.
I've used it a good few times now and have had no problems with it.
