points and insurance?

how much of a difference does havin 3 points on ur licence make towards the inurance? does it go up a great deal? just curious as i thought i was flashed the otherday, not sure though...

a lot of places will it will not effect you, thats if its a SP30 (speeding) and not summit like running a red light, cause ur premium wud increase for that!

yeah i have am sp30 and told them about that, but also have a dr10 i think for running a red light but to scared to tell them about that, incase they wont insure me or the premium goes through the roof :!: .

its against the law not to decalre points. If police pull you and you havnt had yer licence updated yer in for it!

Wife had points on her licence - insurance rose by ?50 over the year - but she has full no claims
