who goes there? i went there for the first time on saturday and saw 4 novas, i was happy lol.

a blue mk1 with black gte front.
a mk2 black gsi lookalike. with a nurburg sticker
and a loon, brown i think, with weird little wheels mk1
and a red mk2 with bits of filler and a mk1 rear end lol

anybody know these cars?

im went to southend once.. i delivered some bricks....... it was a dump, and three weeks later, a claim came thru for a ford orion i'd allegedly smacked with the back end of my trailer, causing 500+ quid of damage, which had been already fixed......i decided once was enough.... oh, and the southend fire engine had followed me down the road, so i had a pretty good witness to the fact that i hit nothing.......

i used to go up there when i had my black nova,that was about 5 years ago,just got full of chavs and airfix models,plus when the put the speed humps down the road in basildon thats when it got boring,thought it all got stopped at lakeside,time i finish my car lakside wont be there lol

yeah was the good old days lol,the lorry park was good until people got out of hand in there,then they put a container there,to stop everyone getting in,your right with the lakeside car park,but that will never happen tho shame

It can be great, for example this weekend just gone was ****, cos it were full of police and anpr cameras on roundabouts etc... but other nights, theres nothing and no probs... so all good :)

But nothing to worry bout if you just driving round and insurance is all gravy, they cant do nothing.... and if your not parked were you shouldnt be, hence most the time in tescos car park, they cant do nothing as we are all just parked there and that gets ramo in there..
But you get the odd numpty **** piss about...

yeh there are a lot of cool cars there, normally people have cool cars and dont boot them everywhere its only the people in the 1.2 fiestas standard with halfrauds alloys that cause the trouble

the police were really hot on lakeside last Saturday because there was a fatal car crash on the strip where they street race. Burnt mills lorry park in Bas Vegas used to be excellent. they'd put diesel down and the drifters would slide all night! A nova meet at southend would be good, but would need a decent turnout. :cool:
P.S It was my B reg saloon on the seafront and it hasn't got weird little wheels!!! They're just retro!!

and nobody at a truckstop is going to do it because lorries need really good tarmac or they will wreck the road.

the liquid will most likely be water, and being a truckstop, there will be minor diesel spillage about

As far as I know, I havent been in chelmsford! But maybe the hornchurch area since I live in Romford. I dont think theres many 2dr brazil brown saloons, apart from the 2 Ive had, Count Vauxalot's is the only other one Ive seen. Didnt realise there were so many local PNG'ers, we should definately have a meet down Southend then.
