It's been very nicely prepared to go rallying, I have a few little jobs to finish off on it, and then I'll decide what to do with it.
I might keep it for a bit of fun, or I might sell it.
Freshly painted in Ferrari Yellow, with a full Pilbeam multipoint cage, Bilstein coilovers, disc brakes on the back, bias pedal box, flocked dash, brand new seats and harnesses, carbon fibre door and rear quarter panels, new bronze tinted polycarbonate windows.
I'm pleased with it!
It's going for MoT on Thursday.

Nice buy Colin!
The carbon sheet in the centre needs screwing back up.
Looks nice but what are the standard rear seats all about! lol

Required by the regulations for Road Rallies. That's why it still has the headlining in it as well.

Would be a huge shame to put such a clean nova down the lanes.
Better than using a rotter though i suppose:thumb:

It is a cracking little car, it will be a good buy for someone with all the money spent on it already, and a new MoT.

We all know what it's for, it's for better handling, better acceleration and weight distribution lol

not in my case they dont its a shame though!!
daft question....
down here regs for road rallys mean you cant have engine transplants,
Thats why i use a 205 gti for road rallys and my c20xe nova for navigational scatters and 12 cars,
is it different in your area?

No idea to be honest (and you don't say where you are). The car came from West Wales, so I assume it was ok there. The guy who built it actually intended to use it for stage rallying, but bought a Mk.2 Escort before he got the Nova MSA logbooked.

Hi Scott.
Yes, it would be very nice on throttle bodies.
I've actually had a very good offer on the car this morning, so hopefully it won't turn out to be a timewaster, and it will be on the way to a new home soon. But I shall leave it on EBAY until money has changed hands, of course!

Yes, it was a timewaster, apparently he won't have the money for 3 weeks. Absolutely pointless making an offer for a car unless you've got the money in your hands.
So, it will be staying on EBAY until the end.
