Just to sart off this car is not running atm. To my knowledge it needs to be wired, plumbed and maybe a few other bits.
For sale is my pride and joy (which i actually mean lol) Flame Red mk2 sri. Ive owned this car for over a year and a half now and took good care of it washing it and polishing it every weekend. I then decided as most males do that i wanted more power and after a lot of time thinking about it went for a c20xe conversion. To say that i underestimated it would be an understatement and it has now been off the road for too long and i have run out of time, money and intrest and just need a car now. The spec is as follows
Body/exterior:
J Reg 1990-1991 mk2 sri in flame red (recent paint job around 2-3 years ago) The overall paint is in good condition with the odd stone chip that every daily driver has
Clean car with no rust patches but there are some slight bubbling appearing on the bottom passengers door and boot lid
Smoother boot with recessed number plate onto boot instead of bumper (supprising not chavy)
Mk1 gte front and rear bumpers with side skirts
Top windscreen tint
central locking
Sunroof model
Red tinted rear lights which in my opinon look the bussiness
Clear front indicators
Clear side repeatorsInterior:
Full gte interior (wear on the usual part of drivers bolster and a small fag burn not caused by myself)
Cav turbo steering wheel
Comes with either digi dash or sri dials, i also have another set of sri dials with the white lockwood finish which can be included in sale
Kenwood head unit
Kenwood 6x9s
Electric windows
Red heater knobsSuspention:
Spax adjustable coilovers
Lowered 60mm i thinkWheels:
Cavy SRI fanblades in glacier white with all 4 center caps. These hav slight curbing on front 2 due to stupidly lending it to my girlfriend lol . The front 2 have nearly brand new toyo proxes 195/45/15's which have covered about 1000's miles and have loads of tread, the back 2 have yokahams 195/45/15's which have not much tread left but are still legal (the back passengers side has a slow puncture)Brakes:
2.0 16v front brakes with grooved disks, i also have brand new green stuff pads (not yet fitted) which will be included in the sale
Standard rear drumsEngine/Transmission:
C20XE dizzy type from a mk3 astra (unknown millage) the starter motor has gone but i have a new one not yet fitted which i purchased off of David Dixon and i still havnt taked it out of the box. These have the proper mounts and spacers
22 spline driveshafts with cav 1600 innercv's
F20 box with i was told a recent new clutch fitted (no proof)
Powder coated white rocker cover
Custom black spark plug and oil filler cap with red paint flicked over
Mantzel Power cap painted white
K+N 57i induction kit
Red roose motor sport silicon induction hose and hose which leads to power cap
Still has the janspeed exhaust from the 1400 engine but i am selling a full brand new Ashley Competition exhaust and Manifold sepperatly
Slim line fanBad bits:
No tax or mot but i dont think it would need much to pass
No carpets in the front of the car
Cigarette lighter doesnt work
a few stone chips (every car has them)
needs a bit of welding in the bay above the strutI think i have covered it to the best of my knowledge but there may be bits i have missed. I am goin to get the car which has been dry stored in my mates garage for the last 6 moths tomorrow and will get pictures and update if needs be.
The price im asking for is £1000 ono but am willing to negotiate.
