Open to debate this one.
As we all know VX made inner CV'S to fit small block shafts for the mk2 Cavy when fitting the big block engines etc. which allowed things to be mixed & matched throughout the range.
The mk2 cavy inner CV's obviously fit the standard Nova gte/gsi shafts so does that then mean that the outers are made to fit big block flanges on the cavalier?
If so would this not in theory mean that the outers CV's are made to go on the small block shafts but then fit into big block flanges???????
If this is the case then surely it could solve the whole small block shafts for the 5 stud big block flanges into the Nova?
Was just something that was said whilst discussing shaft issues!
Has anyone ever tried it that could shed some light on this??????????
