depends what level of drivability you still want to retain.

For me it's 16s dropped to the weeds (-95ish)

depends on wheels imo.....

if its a good offset eg-et49 then nice and low 60-80, however dont just fit springs, ivest money in something half decent.

Do you want to stare at it in shop windows as you bounce past, or entertain yourself on interesting roads?

1st option is about a -90mm drop, depending on wheel width & offset.

2nd option would be a 40-50mm drop with quality proven parts.

you want a proper coilover setup, not just springs

I raced the 92~ civic not so long ago, they start at 1.4i, and it was lowered, but the handling was so crap and there was so much body roll we were in stitches behind it, we were also in a standard 1.2 seat ibiza, and we were still on top of it after about a mile lol

-60mm is about as low as I would go on any Nova personally

Looks perfect and still driveable

Any higher looks less desireable and any lower drives like s*it and completely wrecks the car

60mm is about right

Im going lower, but thats personal choice lol

after 60mm you get into the "Cv" joint issues, running stupid low just causes issues lol

CV's are straight at around 80mm, so anything below about 140 is no worse than a standard nova.

completely disagree, so long as you reset the geometry then it can only handle better going lower because of the lower centre of gravity. which is why olly fitted saloon wings so that he could get lower than with **** hatch wings
