Cav 1.7TD, i decided to go down the unmelted turbo route, it peaked at 20Psi where its currently boosting lol

Not really, since then ive helped my mate boost up novalicous' old cav, its boosting well over two bar now, he took apart the pump and wound the tensioners right back so it has full boost from tickover, sits at 1500 rpm on tickover and goes like fook lol

not my fault you wanted 25+ psi, and ran it full throttle for 10miles lol

Then I got home and tried to go out in it, got 50 yards and the turbo let go haha

TBH though 19psi is hardly low boost.
Most turbo engines run like 7 as standard lol lol

Why do windscreens have them little dots up the side? That's bugged me for a while.

Bonded screens have enamel around the edge so the glue can bond to it (and also hides the glue from view). The dots are just to 'blend' the black into the glass iirc

I think I know what your problem is. You fitted an owl instead of a turbo. Common mistake apparently.
