As some of you know about my daily drive.
its a caged up (fixed) track car with harness's etc with absolutely no chance of it being removed.

Well i know we have heard of these threads a million times but i am unsure what i should do with the car.

The wife is pregnent. Really made up with it too, so with that in mind, the nova is not a priority in any means.

So options are?

Kick the mrs out the house and thus after paying out csa money i'll have plenty left over to continue building the car and track time.

keep the car and the mrs, but will have to use duck tape to keep the baby in the car. (selling the car is not an option)

or

finally finish the megane which has sat on the drive for 2 years and use that as daily car.

btw way this isn't really a poll for you to vote on.

just made up that i'm gonna be a daddy.

Megan is going to the garage tomorrow to be finished off and the nova is going to the garage and off the road for a rebuild/paint and finally finish the cage off (yes, more bars and stiffining in mind lol)

Congrats matey :D

Nove needs to be put into a garage for now, and get the megane on the road.

Or buy a 4door cheap runner with tax and test, job done.

Sean, i hope the baby comes out the right color!

As for the car, sell the nova, you know it's gay rust heap just waiting to be stole from your drive in Liverpool by some scally... AS for the Megan, fix it and sell it to by a real car, NOT some cheap flimsy French ****!... lol

On a serious note, well done on the young one, hope all goes smoothly, and DONT sell that Nova, or i will rape you, AGAIN!, in fact come to some shows in it, Billing?

Congrats Sean, get the french pos on the road and keep the Nova to regain your sanity when the megane/misses/baby get the better of your patience

Sell said megane, and buy nice Vauxhall to use as daily car, carry on with Nova when you have time and money.

Congrats too.

Huge congrats Sean. Kids are brilliant! The Nova will have to take a back seat. Find somewhere safe to keep it and get yourself a 4 door car with a good boot (It's amazing how much baby stuff you have to cram into a boot).

Jim.

Get a vx220, they are by far and away teh best 'family' car you can get. 99% of baby seats/child seats fit it PERFECTLY, Room in the boot for a Quinny Zap if you want a buggy. The small person will LOVE it, and the looks/abuse you initially get when parking in P&C spaces is great fun lol.

Thanks all for your well wishes.

lol stuart. sounds about right that with you too.

megane has now gone to be finished off, just no time to do it anymore with working nights (perm), hence also why i'm barely on here more.

going to aim for vboa as prob the only show i'll make it to this year.
always want to go to the national day, but it lands on my first wedding anniversary. scary, married one year next sat. so going away and it doesn't envolve a tent or a bbq. lol

cars tax'd now for another 6 months and it still needs more work doing, need to repair arch's before they turn to dust.
