whats the best way to roll arches

whats the best way to do this is there a tool you can buy ,of just a hammer and a dolly .

i have just done one of mine. i basically had the wing off so hammered the sh*t out of it but i am painting mine so cracking the paint didnt matter

Hammer and dolly and gently dress the arch lip until it's completely flat or until theres the required clearance :)

Im thinking of buying one of the pro tools to do it then i can do peoples arch think the goin rates about 40 an arch bit of cash on the side is always good.

I have a Frost arch roller, had it about 6 yrs... only way to do it really unless your really good with a hammer n dolly.

I rent it out locally but think your abit far away.

Hammer and dolly would be my choice. Nova hatch arches are not round, so a roller would not work that well IMO. If you use a hammer and dolly, heat the paint (gently!!) to help minimise cracking. Or pay someone to do it!!

Grinding the lip off is a sure fire way to be replacing your aches in the not to distant future. It also makes it alot weaker.

erm iv forgot the name but its some were in nova you put it on bare metal or rust and spray over it .well i think it works
