another fault code 73

73 Air Flow Sensor (AFS) Low voltage
why would this show up and the engine will not idle

i get the 12 and 31 and this code i no what the other 2 are but not sure why this ones coming up was driving ok then as soon as i let off throttle it dies

just cleaned the air flow sensor with carb cleaner starten up car it starts and dies checked fault codes NOthing now fuel pump i can hear as the engine dies
